This pizza oven comes equipped with a dual-fuel burner, allowing you to choose between propane and wood for your outdoor cooking needs. When using the gas option, simply use AA or AAA batteries as instructed in the user manual.

To ensure optimal performance, make sure to remove the isolation plate from the bottom of the oven. The isolation plate is only necessary when using wood fuel to prevent ash from interfering with the cooking process. Preheat the oven for 30 minutes to reach a temperature of around 400℃/752℉.

If the oven is not heating up properly, it may be due to strong winds affecting the performance. Place the pizza oven in a wind-protected location to solve this issue. The thermometer may also be malfunctioning, so ensure that the oven is actually hot before troubleshooting further.
